‘Another Zero’ is aimed at people in the modern world who are possibly losing their work / life balance and / or becoming overwhelmed with technology and the addictive behaviour that it can create.
Each chapter from 1 to 10 can be read separately. I have chosen to read each chapter sequentially.

They feel safe to explore and consider and can be interpreted by the reader without feeling the need to expose their innermost feelings.The tips are guidelines that the reader may consider when wishing to reset the balance in their lives and are numerous and varied. Depending on the individual’s needs, some tips may be worth trying and others may not necessarily be appropriate. The research is very relevant and references are given for possible follow up reading.
