Cathy Fitzgibbon (aka The Culinary Celt) is from County Cork, Ireland. Cathy is a media sales and marketing professional for the past 22 years. She is passionate about exploring contemporary culinary experiences and actively promotes the areas of food sustainably and wellbeing through her food writing contributions and marketing activities, using an ethnically based farm to fork ethos. Through her own personal experiences over the past three decades Cathy has nurtured seasonal eating patterns and thoughtfulness into her daily relationship with food and her natural environment. This practice has helped her inspire, educate and ignite others to develop their own ways to enjoy food in more practical and sustainable ways.
